so this is what my day looked like: cycling 6.5 km to work, work for 5 h as a waitress (walking and carrying heavy stuff), cycling 6.5 km back home, grabb something to eat, cycling 4 km to soccer/football training, training for 1.5h and cycling 4 km back. And now my legs are dying!!!! Well gonna do that again tomorrow minus the trainging :) wish me luck!
